I feel calmness while rushing onward
I can see this moment as the one and only
I can see my connection to eternity

I feel patience in all I am doing
I feel the essence of what I am learning
I can see the movements that have brought me here
I can see in being I become more clear

I feel joy
I feel grounded like a tree
I can see everything
I can see nothing except what I need
